Just Jack – our story

When we signed with Jack Marshall, we had no idea just what we were getting into. We figured, once we were ready to go on the market, there would be a 3-4 week campaign of open homes, marketing and viewing requests followed by an auction with (hopefully) a successful outcome. How wrong we were. Following a (pocket listing) viewing of our property on the Tuesday, there were several other viewings in the coming days resulting not only in multiple offers, but an offer which was accepted and unconditional only 8 days later. So efficient was Jack, with his help we bought a house on day 9. Done and dusted. There’s efficient and there’s Jack. We’re not talking fast, he’s hard and fast. So, would we recommend Jack? If you like a straight talking, house wrangler who’ll do what he says he’ll do, show up when he says he will and get the best price in the blink of an eye? Hell yes, we would.
