Jack was fabulous in understanding our situation and our priorities. He always communicated well and understood what we wanted. We viewed houses with him over one Saturday and all houses ticked our boxes. We decided on one and went to auction, with Jack bidding for us. We felt like we were in such good hands and he made us feel confident to express our opinions etc. Jack negotiated a great price and we are know first home owners. When I first reached out to Jack, he was so quick at getting back to me. We then met the next day and he looked around my house, listened to me and understood what I wanted. He went away to do his own homework and sent me thorough information about the value of my home as well as information on the rental options for my home if I chose to go that way. When we signed with Jack Marshall, we had no idea just what we were getting into. We figured, once we were ready to go on the market, there would be a 3-4 week campaign of open homes, marketing and viewing requests followed by an auction with (hopefully) a successful outcome.
