We really appreciated the advice Jack provided prior to listing on what should be done to the property and where our price expectations should sit. The listing period prior to auction saw us receive regular, clear communication and once it was on the market regular comms flowed on attendance at open homes etc and it was easy for us to get answers to the few questions that hadn't already been answered.
