I was looking to move to Hawke's Bay for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger at the end of 2023. I'd booked a week off work to look at about a dozen properties across Central Hawke's Bay, and Heatha was the only Real Estate Agent to give me a blunt, no-holds-barred opinion when I had a couple of questions to ask. Heatha was patient, personable, and ridiculously funny. There was absolutely no pressure from her that I had felt from other Agents in the area with other properties (there's only one other who made a positive impression on me). Coming from a sales background, I appreciated this approach immensely. Throughout the sales process, being my first home, Heatha was informative, proactive, and responsive.
