What is there not to love about Heatha? We met Heatha for the first time a couple of years ago when shopping for the house we recently listed with her. Although we never purchased from her then, she left an everlasting impression whereby we thought of her first when it came time to sell our property. Heatha demonstrated excellent knowledge of the current property market and more importantly, the local current property market. This was apparent when she suggested a marketing strategy that was outside of what others were doing at the time and despite a very difficult and unusual property market, within 3 weeks her strategy paid off! We had a contract on our property 3 weeks later which turned into a sale a few weeks later for a price we were very happy with. Heatha's local area knowledge, property market expertise, great communication, and her love of real estate, are outstanding! We couldn't be more grateful for her efforts in selling our property and we would definitely use her again and without hesitation!
