I live in the other island so all my dealings were by email and phone. Despite this the processs went smoothly. I used a local family member to check the property out. I received plenty of information from Heatha which gave me confidence in making my offer. She was quick to clarify any concerns that I had.

Happy with house but was very disappointed on take over day .... would of thought arrive to a clean house after instead i arrived with out meeting agent there to greet us to our 1st home for take over (keys were left at place) and finding the house was never clean and tidy.... Was quite disappointed as we still havint moved in because of the filth and grime we are fighting to clean off was very bad .... and still cleaning as we speak
