Heatha helped me through the whole process of subdividing part of my home, which from organising surveyors, lodging consent applications and drafting modest covenants etc, all took a whole year. A year in which she kept me and my buyers from panicking as interest rates went up, COVID bit and prices (and Council fees) rose.
