The communication with Heatha was always quick and she kept us informed about what was happening as best she could. At times she was kept in the dark by vendor and vendors lawyer about things which meant we were not informed about and that made the experience not so good. The dead line was not met by vendor and because of that we were left hanging for a while.
Heatha Edwards was delightful! She was very professional in her interactions with us which was instrumental in bringing the deal together. When there were challenges to the process, Heatha stepped right up to help. We appreciate Heatha and look forward to our next purchase with her.
