Listing our home on the first day of the COVID-19 lockdown was a bit daunting, however, Hannah and the Proppy system worked perfectly under these conditions. With remote viewings and an easy to use online tool for negotiations we were able to work with Hannah to get several good offers and ended up with a great result.
During Covid19 lockdown our tenants moved out and we were forced to make the decision to sell our investment property, or wait it out. After weighing up the options we decided to sell and had several big name agencies through the property completing their valuations. Whizzing past the CV and our reserve it also surpassed our expectations. An extra bonus is that we are not giving away a huge chunk of the sale price if we had gone with a traditional agency. Hannah was very helpful and not at all pushy in the lead up to the auction. But she really came into her own when things got a bit panicked when consent issues arose a few hours before the auction started. She didn't feel like she was acting for the vendor and did everything to help us get in a position where we could bid. She gave support and top tips throughout the online auction. Would recommend on buyer side! Online auction through proppy was also far less stressful than a normal auction, auto bid worked very well for us.
