Proppy's online auction portal is great. Enables out of town buyers to negotiate as well as the locals, all on a cellphone wherever they are. The Mission Bay property went to a South Island buyer which would not have happened if it was a local auction. The night of the auction I was out at a shareclub meeting and I was able to negotiate post auction, accept final offer, and sign the Sale and purchase agreement all on my phone. I cannot speak more highly of the on line auction process. It must be a no brainer to use this site particularly if there is the possibility that the buyer could come from elsewhere. (For example Resort towns such as Queenstown/Wanaka) Proppy marketed the property extremely well and Hannah is a skilled negotiator.
