Hannah was fantastic throughout the whole process. Started by really looking at our property and noting all the strong points and unique features. Was genuinely interested discovering everything about it. Walked the whole yard checking best views and aspects. Parked nearby in several places to determine best placement of signage even suggested we mow part of the section next door which made our property look so much better!! The photographs were taken with care show the property at its best. Assessed the market very well and worked on pricing with us that saw us and the purchaser get a good deal. Did not create unreal expectations to get the listing nor try to talk us down to get a quick sale for her. Had done good research on other properties and knew what we had that others didn’t and vice versa. Held our hands through the whole process, written reports and phone calls after every open home and really helpful and caring through the final negotiations. Could not fault her and have recommended her already to friends and workmates. So professional, while also honest and friendly. A really great experience for us.
