I had been looking for a little while, Hamish understood what I was aiming for and continued to work with me showing me options that suited and a few I probably wouldn't have looked at off my own back. Super happy with not only the new house but the sale of the previous one. A benefit of dealing with a market leader is they have lots of customers so perfect for both buyers and sellers knowing they have the most stock to sell and the most customers to work with to sell those houses. Hamish and his team know how to sell houses! They listen and respect what the vendor has to say about the way they want their house presented and represented. They are professional, friendly and committed to getting you, the vendor the best deal possible. I haven’t bought a house from Hamish and his team but presume they would be the same for a buyer. Hamish is focused and committed to his clients and has good communication skills so you feel you know what is happening during the process- and if you are unsure just ask – he’ll clarify it without making you feel silly for asking!
