Hamish was pleasant and friendly to deal with. Communication was easy and responded quickly. I do however feel there could have been more done to make the experience memorable and special, especially as this was our first time buying. I've had friends tell me that on settlement day their agent met them at the house to handover keys. He had turned on heat pumps and lights yet still made sure they got the excitement of unlocking the front door together. I highly suggest this approach instead of making the purchaser collect keys from the real estate office. Even something as small as calling the purchaser to put the 'sold' sticker up, or not pressuring to bring forward the unconditional date. As it was known that this was our first time purchasing a property, putting effort in to little things like this would have made it feel much more personal and exciting as it's supposed to be.

I feel really very lucky that we met Hamish. He is genuine, truthful, kind and very helpful by nature. I was very nervous at the beginning. I didn't know anything about the property market and how it works. I was not sure if I would ever be able to get a roof for my family. I was very lost and confused because I learned from other people's experience that it's a really very difficult and exhausting process to get a house. I too started looking for a house and found that people were very true, it is a difficult process. I was very anxious, but luckily one day I met Hamish! He is a calm listener and motivator.. trust me this is my experience about him! He listened to my situation and always encouraged me, he guided me in the right direction and motivated me saying that I can make it possible...He helped me do the calculations and understand the value of money. I felt like a true friend is helping me to achieve my dream. Now when I look back from here, I can see that without Hamish's exceptional help and support I would have not made this possible.
