Hamish had excellent market knowledge and was able to bring in interest from property developers and it was a developer who bought the property. We certainly earned a premium in the price but more importantly it was a relatively prompt sale which allowed my mother to move.

When working with purchasers, Hamish listens to buyers in order to understand their needs and recommend viewings of suitable properties on the books. Hamish and his team know how to sell houses! They listen and respect what the vendor has to say about the way they want their house presented and represented. They are professional, friendly and committed to getting you, the vendor the best deal possible. I haven’t bought a house from Hamish and his team but presume they would be the same for a buyer. Hamish is focused and committed to his clients and has good communication skills so you feel you know what is happening during the process- and if you are unsure just ask – he’ll clarify it without making you feel silly for asking!
Hamish and his team did an absolutely fantastic job working with me for the sale of my house.
