I first broached the idea of selling my house with Grace in early November. I was still on the fence about it, but she appraised my house and prepared it for market anyway, so when I decided to sell, it was ready to go right away. Throughout the campaign she kept me updated on the comings and goings of the open homes and private viewings and gave me a good sense of what the potential buyers were thinking, and what I could do to fix any issues. She even found a new oven door for me! Come auction day we only had the one bidder unfortunately, but Grace had 4 very good offers ready to go for me the next morning. One of those she negotiated for me the night prior which ticked all of the boxes and I accepted. Throughout the next three weeks of due diligence she worked closely with the buyers and I in order to ensure a successful sale, and promptly dealt with all issues that arose. In conclusion, Grace worked exceptionally hard with the difficult timeline and challenges I gave her and got a far better result than I ever expected. I would happily use her again in the future and recommend her services to anyone and everyone.
