We decided to sell our rental property in Riccarton and Grace was recommended to us by a friend. We can't speak highly enough of Grace. She took care of everything including open homes, builders inspections (of which there were a few), a Healthy Homes inspection whilst we were overseas (unexpected but required) and managing our tenants through the whole process. It was a great experience and Grace delivered a result above what we had expected. Communication from their team was top notch throughout - not much more to say apart from Excellent!

Grace is very professional real estate agent always with warm smile. I tried to buy another property about one year ago and knew Grace since then. When we met again on the open home, she recognized me immediately. During the procedure she was helpful and supportive. I would like to give her five stars for her expertise.
Good communication and professionalism. An issue with the property proved difficult to get quoted for repair. Grace and her workmate attempted to address this but couldn't get the work quoted before the unconditional date (which the vendor didn't want to extend). Repairs are likely to be a more expensive than the vendor had assumed, however this was a property issue so not something I would necessarily expect the real estate agent to solve. without this issue, 5 stars.
It was lovely working with Grace. Being a first time home buyer it's a little overwhelming and scary going through the process. Grace was there throughout ready and able to answer any questions I had. Would 100% recommend working with Grace on securing or selling your next property.
Grace did a great job of exposing the property well to the market. Communicated well with me as the vendor and going by the excellent weekly vendor report the purchasers also. Ended up with five registered bidders on auction day, a great result in a somewhat sticky market and the price achieved was right on my expectation. I would thoroughly recommend Grace to potential vendors and purchasers, her calm relaxed manor belies a great work ethic and she was a pleasure to deal with.
