Grace did a great job of exposing the property well to the market. Communicated well with me as the vendor and going by the excellent weekly vendor report the purchasers also. Ended up with five registered bidders on auction day, a great result in a somewhat sticky market and the price achieved was right on my expectation. Grace went above and beyond to sell our property. No issue was too big or small and Grace handled everything with professionalism.
