I selected Grace Anderson from two other agents from different companies because her enthusiasm and professionalism impressed me from my first meeting with her. Grace showed understanding and empathy with my situation at all times. My property was unusual to market as it was a residential home on a large section with many fruit trees and huge shedding/garages but situated on Commercial land. To add to this I was often out of town for open homes - Grace would arrange for mine to be the first of the day, arrive early to open the house, turn heating on if necessary and sweep outside where required. When I was away overseas for 3 months, I was confident to leave everything to Grace. Grace kept me fully informed of progress throughput the campaign. When the market was slow Grace would vary the advertising and make personal approaches to possible purchasers. This sales campaign was a challenge however Grace never gave up. When I told her this was becoming a difficult sale for her she responded with 'it's just as well I like hard work'. My sale was completed with an unconditional offer while I was away overseas. Grace was professional and personable from day one through to final settlement. I would have no hesitation to use Grace again or recommend her to another vendor.
