We first met Grace some 9 to 10 years ago soon after she had gained her real estate licence and was a fresher to the business. At that time we were relocating into the Bay of Plenty from another District. Unfortunately we were unable to close a sale with her at that time as the property in question didn't quite suit. Grace left an impression though as an agent willing to go the distance. Wind forward almost a decade and we are leaving our rural property in the south of the District and heading to Katikati as I start my retirement plan. With Grace - no problem at all and she accommodated it quickly and efficiently. Most importantly we wanted to move at speed as we have a deadline to move out of our existing recently sold house. Again no problem, Grace fitted in a next day Building Inspector, got the job done and we settled all due diligence and paid the deposit 6 days after seeing the property.
