I selected Grace Anderson from two other agents from different companies because her enthusiasm and professionalism impressed me from my first meeting with her. Grace showed understanding and empathy with my situation at all times. My property was unusual to market as it was a residential home on a large section with many fruit trees and huge shedding/garages but situated on Commercial land. To add to this I was often out of town for open homes - Grace would arrange for mine to be the first of the day, arrive early to open the house, turn heating on if necessary and sweep outside where required.
