Glenn just took care of everything. Really, there isn’t much more to say. We expressed our desire to sell our property and Glenn took care of everything. He communicated clearly and in a timely fashion throughout the entire process. Kept us informed and helped with any decision decisions that needed to be made along the way. The property was sold in what wasa smooth and effortless transition from a sellers perspective. We couldn’t ask for a better service.

We met Glenn in one of the property that we fell in love with before, put an offer but unfortunately, we weren't chosen for that house. Our experience with Glenn then was the same; always pleasant and very accommodating. Communication was simple and we felt his sincerity. When we met the second time on the property that we finally purchased, he recognized us right away and treated us the same. He even went all the way to facilitate our requests and made them possible.

This is our 3rd time selling our house through Glenn. He is an amazing person who always brings great results every time. He genuinely cares for you and your sanity through the whole sale process, and always goes above and beyond your expectations. We have moved on to a different town, and Glenn is still in contact and making sure we are doing well and offering his services, willing to help out where he can.

Glenn was very professional throughout our experience and through his market knowledge helped us eventually understand and agree on a more realistic market price which brought about the eventual sale of my father's home. Glenn's communication style made it very easy for us to work with him as he was very patient and not only gave very helpful advice but made you feel that you were listened to. An example of this was when we set the original price at the maximum of the suggested market value. Even though I feel, Glenn knew with today's market it would be hard to sell at that price he listened to our reasoning, supported our choice and persevered until we realized for ourselves that our original asking price wasn't realistic. Even though this was an Estate Sale through the Public Trust Glenn always kept us informed, following up after every Open Home and when offers were made. Glenn also worked very hard at helping us achieve the price we hoped for and when the successful offer was made used his extensive knowledge and experience to successfully negotiate with the buyer to drop the price only a little to meet their lending agency's expectations. Overall, I am very thankful to Glenn for his hard work and dedication to us as his client in making the selling of my late father's house a less stressful experience. We would definitely recommend Glenn as a very professional, honest, and trustworthy Real-estate Agent.

Glenn was very knowledgeable of the local market, he let us know any changes, any new listing. Glenn was supportive and knew what we were trying to achieve. Glenn never pressured us to reduce our price. Always calm with us. Always had us in mind when negotiating.
