Nothing seemed like too much trouble, communication was excellent, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Very skilled at his job. Good salesman, never built our hopes up, so helped us to cope, but had said it looked promising. Also, helped us with our internet. Also kept an eye on us when I(Lois) had a bad fall on the concrete, making me one-handed in the middle of the shift. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
