After buying our new home through Ged it was an easy decision for us to have him sell our existing home. He told us that the next few weeks would be like going on holiday with him, as we’d see him almost every day and talk every day. We really enjoyed this ‘holiday’ and got to know each other quite well. His warm manner and genuine kindness blew us away. Ged was totally dedicated to selling our home and he was available 24/7. We could ring any time and he was there to chat through ideas or clarify processes. No task was too big or too small. Selling a home is very stressful but having Ged around made it a positive experience and his attention to detail left no stone unturned in getting us the right buyer for our home. Ged communicated with us every day throughout the process and kept us fully informed to make sure there were no surprises. The result far exceeded our expectations, and this was down, in part, to his experience as a skilled negotiator. Ged’s follow-up service after the sale has also been superb. There was no feeling of being suddenly cut off after the business transaction was completed. Ged has become more than a trusted agent to our family. We cannot speak highly enough of Ged and would recommend him (either verbally or in writing) to anyone considering selling their home.
