Gavin's communication needs work. He doesn't give clear answers to direct questions and calls often for no reason. The call quality always seems terrible so on the odd occasion it is an important call, it is hard to understand him. After I asked for written communication only, he continued to call me. He made comments about things he didn't need to, contradicting people with actual expertise in subjects outside his scope (e.g. plumbing). As a first-time buyer with no experience, I felt like I was treated as a paycheck instead of a person. I wish I'd asked literally any other agent to show me the house I bought.
