Gavin is a nice guy! Easy to talk to, personable, never rushed us and had good market knowledge. We were a little disappointed with his communication with us ... we went for a number of weeks without any feedback. After we made some comments about this it did improve. But even in the last few weeks we had to go looking to find out when our Open Homes were being run. We felt that we were driving the process with new ideas to bring some action after the Deadline period ended and we were getting no interest. The process of closing the deal and indeed buying (hopefully) a new home all went well for which we are appreciative. We enjoyed Gavin's openness, his honesty and integrity.
