I first met Gavin on the side of the road as he was leaving a property he was selling. Asked him to look at a property and he was on to it fast. I haven't sold a property for a long time and found the process has changed considerably. But Gavin's knowledge and expertise was wonderful and we had an excellent offer at the first Open Home.
