Knowledgable, calm, very good communicator who listens and advises as required.
I found Gareth a steady, calm, reassuring and knowledgeable agent in a very difficult market. The information presented - ie from initial contact, to contract with the agency, to marketing plans and regular updates on marketing campaign to sale of property was clear, easily understandable.
