Although Simon was representing the vendor, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and was extremely helpful throughout the process. His local knowledge was especially valuable to us as newcomers to the area, and he helped us get a much better feel for Kerikeri and the surrounding area as we considered different homes. Simon was always responsive, friendly and professional, and made the whole process straightforward. As we were overseas for some of the transaction, we had to manage a lot remotely. Andrea is very professional and showed excellent knowledge in both the real estate market and the local market. She is very friendly and helpful and my requests were met with a can do attitude. I was unsure what I wanted at the start of my search as I had recently moved back to NZ after 21 years in Australia.
