When I first met Gareth I knew he would be the agent I would choose to sell my beach. He offered a simple but effective way of offering my beach house to the market at a fair and reasonable fee.The fact that my property sold in only days and at a price that exceeded my expectations was proof that he is a knowledgeable and true professional in his field. He understood that after 38 years as a beach house owner I would be somewhat upset and his support during the process was very much appreciated Gareth was just an Agent now he is my good friend.
