We sold our wonderful beach house after owning it for 15 years. Gareth was very supportive and knowledgeable on the whole process. We could contact him anytime we needed to know something or were unsure of something. His communication we excellent. We felt like we were in great hands. Thanks Gareth and the team.
I found Gareth very helpfull when I was purchasing a property. It was hard as being in Australia and buying in New Zealand the rules and regulations being different but Gareth came to my rescue. I highly recommend Gareth if you’re purchasing or selling a property. Thanks Gareth. Melanie
Gareth did a great job for his vendor by knowing a lot about the property. He passed on a lot of valuable information to enable us to make a clear decision. His cheerful nature sets people at ease.
I found Gareth excellent to deal with as the agent I dealt with. I found him friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding any queries I had about the property. I would happily go to Gareth in the future for any real estate business going forward.
We chose Gareth from a range of agents from different firms. He stood out as knowledgeable, personable and digitally astute. His digital skills are amazing and the presentation of our home online was impressive. Easy to talk to, very professional with a great sense of humour, Gareth was easy to deal with throughout the process of selling our home.
Gareth provide excellent service, he makes everything easy and goes the extra mile
I met Gareth a year earlier and decided to just go with him when I came to actually selling my dwelling this year. This was based on meeting two other real estate agents a year ago. Gareth somehow just had the edge. I found Gareth to be knowledgeable but not pushy. He always insisted that I ask as many questions and as often as needed for my peace of mind and understanding of the process....and I did. I did my bit of being super organised with paperwork about the property and getting the property into order and then I trusted in Gareth to do the rest. Gareth gave helpful feedback for finishing details and it really paid off. The photo and drone shoot produced outstanding results and I was delighted with the advertising package. Two and a half weeks after being listed, the property was sold to an outstanding offer. The deadline formula had certainly worked! During that period I was given up to date feedback which helped me get a feel for the market and to appreciate the buyer's view of the property including some negative realities. One can not choose ones neighbours! I found my experience with PGG Wrightson to be straight forward and easy headed by Gareth who was always confident, friendly and helpful. Gareth's actions are always underpinned with integrity and honesty and his open personality is a winner when it comes to open homes. Thank you Gareth and PGG Wrightson. A great team!
Gareth showed a genuine interest in achieving the best result. He demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the latest technical innovations combined with a common sense approach. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gareth.
