From the start Gareth was professional but very personable and with his previous job experience and local knowledge he was so a veritable treasure trove. He even gave guidance on what areas to be worked on and potentially what to not worry so much about. Because we were off the property at time of sale and before he was always there to lend an ear over my concerns or issues I was having at the time with labourers.
