I found the communication on Whatsapp a little confusing for a start and I may have appreciated being asked if this was suitable for my IT level, however I did get used to it and I did appreciate that all the communication was in one place, including the Open Home reports. The information provided in each message was clear and concise. I also very much appreciated the direct phone calls and discussions. The Rout Group achieved a a good result at sale. I would ask that when discussing commissions/set fee that the figure quoted is including GST, I feel that when working alongside non-business people that the figure quoted should be the end result figure, not a GST exclusive figure, I have had it said 'that's what everyone does' that may be true for business partners, but it isn't for lay people, both figures could be included in the agreement.
