An absolute stellar result from both Fletch and Jase. As an agent myself, I was incredibly picky when it came to selecting an agent to represent me and market my property. I understand how complicated it can be selling a property that is tenanted, particularly when the owner is in a different city, but the team stepped up and maintained constant communication and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening throughout the process. The market shifted mid-way through the campaign, but Fletch and Jase both remained level headed, communicated well and adjusted the campaign accordingly, resulting in a successful sale with a figure I was very happy with.
