These two young agents were a pleasure to deal with. They had a good knowledge of the industry and undertook the buy/sell process with with a positive attitude and we were able to conclude a successful purchase in a very short period of time. I have no issues in recommending them to future sellers.
Jason And Fletcher were both a big help for making our dream come true! Trustworthy and very easy to deal with… BEST OF THE BEST!!!
I've had the pleasure of looking through multiple properties with Fletcher over the last 6+ months. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy-going, and just an all-around great guy! I also really like the young energy he brings to real estate. After a few years of searching for my first home, I've finally got the perfect one and Fletcher could not have made the offer process any easier. Absolutely over the moon, thanks so much mate!
Jason and Fletcher are by far the best real estate agents we’ve encountered over our 18month house-hunt. Super friendly and supportive in every way, their availability to answer questions and their knowledge of the property we were purchasing was exceptional. When we couldn’t meet up awesome tools such as video tutorials were used to coach us through the legalities of the contract and purchasing our first home. These lads represent the vendor and purchaser well in every regard. Highly recommended! Based on our experience, without a doubt would buy or sell with Jase and Fletcher of Harcourts Palmerston North.
He was nice, kind and welcoming to the exellent house. We enjoyed our look around and enjoyed having a chat with him. He is a good dedicated guy with his job. Every time we conect he give quick responses . Keep it up Chers
Fletcher was such a pleasure to deal with and always kept us in the loop with the purchase of buying our first home. He made what seemed like was going to be a stressful process very easy and stress free. He was always happy to answer our questions and the overall process was faultless! Highly recommend Fletcher and the team at Harcourts Palmy
A very professional young man, great communicator, easy to work with, it has been a pleasure work with him
Jase and fletch, where do I start.. I couldn’t put words in place to describe how incredibly happy and greatful we are to have you both sell our first home. From start to finish you made everything easy. nothing was ever a problem for either of you and your punctuality, honesty and knowledge made us feel we were in great hands. Through challenges we faced we did it together, answering every question we had made us feel at ease when the stress levels were high. you both are simply amazing people and the best in the industry. Thankyou isn’t enough for your work and effort for us. Go team Jase!! Caitlin, Brayden and Lexi
Selling our house with Fletcher and Jase has been such a great process. Easy and relaxed the whole time and they brought a great positive vibe and energy from the first moment they walked in our door. This is our third time selling a property and by far has been then easiest! Would encourage anyone and everyone to use #teamjase
An absolute stellar result from both Fletch and Jase. As an agent myself, I was incredibly picky when it came to selecting an agent to represent me and market my property. I understand how complicated it can be selling a property that is tenanted, particularly when the owner is in a different city, but the team stepped up and maintained constant communication and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening throughout the process. The market shifted mid-way through the campaign, but Fletch and Jase both remained level headed, communicated well and adjusted the campaign accordingly, resulting in a successful sale with a figure I was very happy with. Fletch and Jase were incredibly professional throughout the entire process and I can’t speak highly enough of them. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending the lads to anyone looking to sell. Cheers for the effort gents!
Fletcher was so professional & nothing was ever too much trouble. We felt like he genuinely cared about us, the home selling experience & making sure we were happy throughout the process. 10/10 couldn’t be happier with him!
It was a great experience dealing with Fletcher and Jase. What energy! From day one they worked hard getting the house listed and sold. Loved having them over! We would highly recommend TeamJase and would 100% work with them again....if I’m allowed to move again!
