We had an outstanding experience working with Fletcher. From the beginning his positive energy stood out and gave us confidence. He kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we always knew what was happening. His professionalism made the process worry free and he achieved a fab result for us. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Harcourts are lucky to have him on their team.

Fletcher has helped me buy my first home and was an absolute delight, thoughtful and extremely patient and dedicated. Fletcher is just a gem of a person in general. Thank you so much for everything, I am very grateful.

Fletcher was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, friendly, informative and nothing was too much of a problem. We encountered a delay with the first property I put in an offer for (Vendor issue not agent) and the property was unfortunately withdrawn from the market. Fletcher had kept me informed with every delay and it was much appreciated, so I was aware of everything that was happening. He sent me info on other properties that could be of interest, and left me to decide if I'd like to view any. In the end we had a favorable outcome on my 2nd property offer and this went as smooth as it possibly could. Nothing is a problem for Fletcher and I would be more than happy to deal with him again and I couldn't reccomend him highly enough to any prospective buyer out there. Thank you Fletcher for everything and im so looking forward to enjoying my new home 🏡 😊

Fletcher was very accommodating when all my whānau wanted to schedule viewings of the property at random times, and was great at keeping in touch to make sure I was happy throughout the process. Highly recommend Fletcheras an agent, he goes out of his way to help and solve any problems that arise.

We had such a great experience working with Fletcher throughout the process of buying our home. From the very beginning he was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was always available to answer our questions, which made what can be a really stressful process feel much easier. Fletcher was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. His communication was excellent the whole way through, keeping us updated and making sure we understood each step. We really appreciated his patience and the effort he put into making the experience smooth for us. We would absolutely recommend Fletcher to anyone looking to buy or sell – you’ll be in great hands

What a great service! Couldn’t wish for more while selling my house. Incredible results achieved in no time, everything went smooth and stress free. Was nice to be so well informed throughout the process, while all the questions answered thoroughly and professionally. Thank you Fletcher!

It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Fletcher From the start of my journey to market and sell my house, Fletcher has been so helpful. He has been very professional and always answered any questions I had. He rang me nearly every day with updates regarding progress. He contacted me after every open home to report progress and whether the interest was promising. He also visited me at home with updates and offers and explained all the details of the offers. I had a bad experience selling my previous home with the estate agent. It has been such a pleasure working with Fletcher and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property.

Very relaxed and no rush or pressure to make decisions. Very professional while communicating all relevant information. Always open to answering any questions or taking calls.

Fletcher is meticulous with his attention to detail, and communication. He listens and attends to every requirement to achieve your sale. Fletcher is genuinely passionate about his job, and goes over and above the average Agent, and will meet your needs. I'm thrilled with how Fletcher understood and cared for every aspect, while my property was in his hands. A quick sale was achieved. Thanks Fletcher!

Fletcher was a dream agent to deal with. He provided clear concise communication and was always contactable with any queries that we had. He consistently gave us important feedback in regards to buyers attending open homes and where the property was sitting within the current market. I would not hesitate to contact Fletcher again to purchase or sell a property as he is personable, professional and great to interact with.
