This was my first home purchase. Erin made this a very easy process to understand and we felt like she only had our best interests in mind. Erin answered any questions we had and even though she technically isn’t working for us, nothing was too much to ask. We were treated as friends and her professional approach meant everything went as it should and I only have praise and thanks for for the awesome attitude she brings to work with her everyday.

Erin Skelton is an asset to Barfoot and Thompson and without her and Debbie Courtney I don't think we would have sold so well.

Although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Erin or her business partner Debbie who together successfully managed the sale of a property owned by my brother's estate and his widow, I have no hesitation of commending both for their efforts during challenging times and circumstances. The marketing of the property was delayed due to COVID-19 lock-down and they had to communicate with three executors all in different parts of the country. At times they went above and beyond what was expected and I would certainly recommend them. It just remains for me to make my acquaintance and shake their hands next time I pass through Pukekohe.
