Erin sold us our very first home. She was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy in the slightest. She responded to the many queries we had as first home buyers without hesitance and even drove all the way from her home the night we purchased so we could get that ever so important sold sign put up together. She made the whole process so easy and we would definitely work with her again.
When I initially made contact with Erin, I was in desperate need of assistance as I had a house that had been tenanted and left in a terrible state. The property was in Glenbrook on 10 acres, I was based in Mangawhai and it was during a period of COVID restrictions. Right from the outset, Erin set about getting things done! A plan was made, outside contractors were called, quotes requested and jobs carried out. There was also the urgency of wanting to get everything finished before the last auction of the year so that the property would not be sitting empty for an extended period. No job was too big or small for Erin and Debbie, including finding a home for Goats and Alpaca's that the tenants had left behind. I cannot thank Erin and Debbie enough for the advice, empathy, and organisational skills they provided to assist me in this massive task. To top it all off the property sold at auction and I was very pleased with the result given that the banks had just changed the lending rules and it was getting more difficult for buyers to access funds. All in all, a job well done.
