We had only two weeks to have our house sold as we had our offer accepted on our next property. In two weeks the house was sold unconditionally. Erin pulled out all of the stops and found the right buyer, she used all of her talents to make this happen. Obviously with COVID this was a challenge (no open homes etc.) we passed on at the auction and were sold three days later. I would recommend Erin.
