When I initially made contact with Erin, I was in desperate need of assistance as I had a house that had been tenanted and left in a terrible state. The property was in Glenbrook on 10 acres, I was based in Mangawhai and it was during a period of COVID restrictions. Right from the outset, Erin set about getting things done! A plan was made, outside contractors were called, quotes requested and jobs carried out. There was also the urgency of wanting to get everything finished before the last auction of the year so that the property would not be sitting empty for an extended period. No job was too big or small for Erin and Debbie, including finding a home for Goats and Alpaca's that the tenants had left behind. I cannot thank Erin and Debbie enough for the advice, empathy, and organisational skills they provided to assist me in this massive task. To top it all off the property sold at auction and I was very pleased with the result given that the banks had just changed the lending rules and it was getting more difficult for buyers to access funds. All in all, a job well done.

Quite simply, without Erin we wouldn’t have a house yet. With the help of Erin and a fantastic broker she recommended we were able to buy our first home and we couldn’t have done it without them! Erin’s knowledge and experience was brilliant and she saved us so much time and stress finding the right homes to view. Then she walked us through everything and made a complicated process seem very simple.
