We recently purchased a property with Emma Baird as our buyers agent. We were on a limited time constraint due to work commitments outside of Canterbury. Emma arranged for us to view 12 properties on a Saturday , majority were private viewings, which we appreciated. Emma made everything go so smoothly, she was present for our building inspection, met us there again to take family members through the house for their opinion of the place.
