We recently purchased a property with Emma Baird as our buyers agent. We were on a limited time constraint due to work commitments outside of Canterbury. Emma arranged for us to view 12 properties on a Saturday , majority were private viewings, which we appreciated. We found a property that ticked all the boxes with an auction taking place in just 5 days time. Emma made everything go so smoothly, she was present for our building inspection, met us there again to take family members through the house for their opinion of the place. Emma came to the Auction with us, helped us through the whole bidding process, and the Negotiations after as the house didn't meet the reserve.
