Really good communicator Deal breaker

Emma was exceptional from start to finish in the selling of our much loved family home of 66 years. She kept our family, in both NZ and Australia, well informed and guided us through documentation, open homes and inspector reports throughout the whole process. We were never left wondering or unsure. By the time the whole process was finalised, Emma was more like a good friend whom we all felt so comfortable with. We as a family are truly grateful to Emma, at such a daunting time, being unsure whether to sell or keep our parents home.
