Why settle for less than perfect

We have been looking for the right house for over 3 years. We have seen the good and bad in realtors with 100’s of viewings. Emma is top rate. She is honest, hardworking and takes the time to get to know you. She remembers the little things. She makes you feel special even though she has to balance, working with other buyers and a vendor. She is realistic in setting vendor and buyer expectations. She answered questions well after normal business hours and checked in throughout the process from first greeting to taking possession. If you have a question, just ask and she will find the honest answer. Other realtors either make answers up or don’t really give you the impression that they care. This is not Emma. If you are looking for a realtor who cares about you, give her a call. We sure were glad we had the opportunity to work with her.

Emma put every effort in from day one and have high respect for how calm her manner was guiding me through the process step by step. Taking into consideration everyone's situation is different. A true listener and Emma was outstanding in her natural ability to deliver and present the property to its best which was heart warming. She just got it! Was always excited and absorbed in the atmosphere and location a special place. This was a most significant journey in our life and was special to share.with Emma and knew the property would be presented to its best potential. Outstanding team work when co-ordinating pre sale appointments making schedules work. Have complete confidence as she goes the extra mile for the seller and the purchaser. Communication skills are professional , respectful and Emma was supportive all the way which was always refreshing knowing she had it all under control i would highly recommend Emma and wish her well in her future real estate career.
