I helped my husband with his real estate business for years, flipped some properties and worked to renovate and manage investment properties, giving me a wide base of knowledge from which to start my career. One of the keys to my success is my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I speak fluent English, Hindi and Punjabi, and love working with people from all backgrounds and cultures. Prior to entering real estate I enjoyed a long and varied career: I initially trained as a chef and worked in the hotel industry with chains like the Hilton and Sheraton groups. I then moved to guest relations and customer services and found my niche; it is no secret that I am a people person, and prefer working with people over tools any day. Customer services took me to work with organisations like the Canadian Government and American Express, Toronto, Canada. Having kids then grounded me for a period as I enjoyed being a part of their growing years before I began working part time in a school while owning my own small business. Throughout all of these roles, if there is one thing I've learned, it's that exceptional service is the key to maintaining great relationships with clients. My commitment to this is unwavering. By communicating regularly, and going above and beyond the call of duty, I ensure that every person I work with has a great real estate experience.
