Working with Eilish and Kevin wasn’t just a professional experience — it was a genuinely comforting and reassuring one. From the very first conversation, they made us feel understood, supported, and completely looked after. It’s rare to meet agents who treat your property and your hopes with the same care they’d give their own, but that’s exactly what they did. What we appreciated most was their kindness and warmth. Selling a property can be emotional and overwhelming, yet they somehow made every step feel manageable. They checked in often, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or uncertain. Their warmth is real, and their integrity shows in every interaction. They brought such thoughtful insight to the process — not just market knowledge, but a genuine sense of what mattered to us personally. We always felt like we had two true advocates in our corner, guiding us with honesty, patience, and a level of professionalism that’s hard to find. Eilish and Kevin are exceptional at what they do, but more importantly, they are exceptional people. I’m deeply grateful for their support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a team that combines expertise with heart.
