We met Eddie at an open home in our area. He left a lasting impression, and I knew we had to talk to him when it came time to sell our house. He gave us a very strong appraisal and arrived with a full marketing plan that actually made sense for our house. It was obvious he had done his homework before coming and that alone let me know we were in safe hands. Due to purchasing another property, we gave him an impossible task of selling our house in 3 weeks. He sold it in 2 after pulling the deadline forward by 7 days and arrived with 8 offers on the table. His attention to detail and communication during the marketing phase was incredible and he had already exceeded all of my high expectations. When we had an unexpected hurdle arise courtesy of EQC, he stepped up another level again. Eddie was able to pull everything together and gave us access to his extensive contact list to make things happen that did not seem remotely possible.
