After getting a handful of real estate agents through to see our property, we ended up going with Dillon, largely because the superior marketing package he/Professionals offer compared to other real estate companies. We were looking to sell and buy in what was & is a very turbulent market, and we received a wide range of estimates from agents on what our home is worth. Many agents claim that your home is worth more than it actually is in the current market in order to get the business, before eventually lowering the price once it's on the market. Dillon was very up front with us around what he thinks we could get which ended up being very accurate. There were a lot of moving parts in this sale process and Dillon's excellent communication has been invaluable in keeping us up to date every step of the way. He has been great answering our questions and giving us his recommendations when prompted but without putting any pressure on us whatsoever in terms of our final decision. My partner and I both agree that Dillon presents very well and were stoked to have him in our home during open homes. That have been many instances when we were looking to buy that we found other real estate agents disengaged or not particularly knowledgeable about the property in question they're selling. Having Dillon as our agent has been night and day when compared to our experiences dealing with other agents.
