Communication great, I liked the photos of the shoes, showed you how many people were through. Great idea. I think whattsapp should have been called hotsapp as I was always kept in the loop nearly every day as to what was happening. This was handy as I was on holiday.

Our experience working with Diego was exceptional. He is an extremely hardworking agent that so clearly knows what the market is doing. Communication across the entire selling process was also fantastic. Diego and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. It’s not often you get such a great combination of being honest, straight to the point and so hard working.

Diego and his team were brilliant to work with. They are professional, communicative and really go the extra mile. Their hard work in the lead up to our campaign paid off and we had multiple offers within days of going live, and a signed offer in 8 days on the market. Highly recommend Diego to anyone looking to sell their home.

Diego is second to none. He got an amazing result in a very uncertain market. His advise, knowledge and speed in which he works is wonderful and refreshing to experience. He does what he says he will do, no mucking around, and communication could not be clearer or better. If you want real results with no BS then Diego is your guy! You will not be disappointed.

After our first communication with Team Diego, we knew that this is exactly what we’ve always wanted from our real estate agent. A team that was up-front and clear about the way they do business. They didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear or what they thought we needed to know. They told us what was actually happening in the market, the best way to market our house and by which method to sell. The only aspect that we were unclear about, was what we should expect from a sale price. We weren’t told some unrealistic price and then they fail to deliver, nor did they say we were being unrealistic and leave us feeling silly. Instead we should rely on what the market says. And they were right. After only 7 days on the market, Diego’s amazing work and doing what only Top agents can do, he closed the sale above our expectations. With a tough market and the election only days away, Team Diego nailed it. We absolutely recommend them, and will use them again. Unless we are trying to buy the property that they are selling :)

Diego was introduced by my close friend after a failed listing attempt with another agent. I was impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness throughout the selling process. From the very beginning, Diego demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the market and provided me with valuable insights on how to prepare my home for sale. His communication was exceptional, always keeping me in the loop and promptly responding to my questions. With their expert negotiation skills, I was able to secure a good deal even in buyer-leading market. I highly recommend Diego to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent.

I’m happy they got our place sold in a market with not much interest.

I had the pleasure of working with Diego as my real estate agent, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional service and results I received. I wholeheartedly recommend Diego to anyone in need of a top-notch real estate agent. Thank you, Diego, for your outstanding service!

Diego and his team exceeded my expectations. Great communication and very quick to answer any questions. Ours was not a "standard" sale as the property required work to deal with an outstanding building consent from previous owner. I need not have worried, Diego had offers within a week and the rest is history.

From the start it was all go, strong communication, good marketing plan, avaliable for any questions and easy person to talk to.

What a great experience, from the beginning until the end Diego and his team were amazing. So professional and could not ask for better communication, I really felt I was part of the process. This is the second home Diego has sold for me as I was extremely satisfied with the team last sale. It was good to see the same commitment and dedication is still there with my recent home sale. Team Diego's attention to detail even extended to the purchaser of my property on settlement day, placing a large welcoming ribbon and bow on the door and balloons inside for the kids, a very special touch, happy vendor, happy purchaser. I couldn't recommend Team Diego enough, a great team to work with.

Working with Diego, Teide and Melissa (The lady behind the scene!) was an absolute a remarkable experience through our recent project sale journey! Great communication / highly-efficient was just the beginning, they have demonstrated the professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to meet expectation for both buyers & Vendor. Beyond their exceptional skills as agent, their positive attitude and capability of working under pressure made what could have been a stressful process surprisingly enjoyable. Thanks to your guys again. We highly recommend them without any reservations
