Anyone can sell in a flamboyant market but tough market shows who the true top-notches are, and Diego is definitely one of them. The service is spectacular and the communication is ALWAYS timely, to some extent I even wonder if he used AI because he and his team are always there, you literally get an answer within seconds. Tops sales are truly different, his resilience, grit, determination and knowledge are on next level; I felt I’ve actually learnt these precious qualities by working with him during the sales of my house. Diego and his team at Harcourts were great in selling my house, it went under contract in the first weekend it was on the market. The only negative is it was a very long settlement date and I was under the impression that this could be bought forward and it could not. The marketing was second to none and even though it was under contract for a few months , Pari still had to continue to do open homes. Pari is lovely and very nice to deal with.
