I first met Diego when he was breaking onto the Real Estate but I was not looking at selling at the time. I said if we did change our mind on selling I would call him. Several years later when we did decide to sell, Diego had become quite well known and the house market was changing dramatically. Diego was absolute energy, so positive, honest, straight talking, inspiring and focused. We talked about the strategies, what we hoped for, there was nothing technical, confusing or complicated. Team Diego is a very professional organisation with excellent admin communication. I found it different from having one vendor agent working with the property, but had an excellent support agent to Diego managing open homes and buyer liaison, Diego managing negotiations. Very good communication through Messenger. I appreciated assistance with staging and generous vendor gifts. My sale was in a very difficult phase of the market so vendor expectations had to be flexible. For a very professional team at all stages of the process, Team Diego is to be highly recommended.

The team were very helpful, timely, friendly and understanding with all my questions throughout, also very easy communication via Whatsapp. Weekly updates. Catchups when needed. Tough market so took some time to sell but the team perservered for me and got me a sale over the line! I'm happy with their service and ready for my next adventure.
