Diane Goer was absolutely fantastic to deal with during a very stressful time in selling my house. She had done her research on the local current market in my area, and on sales in general. Diane’s communication with me and my ex-partner was always very forthcoming and truthful and straight to the point with even communication between the both of us. We were told every step of the way what to expect and what we needed to do to not only get our house sold, but get a fantastic price for it. We were always regularly also kept up to date with progress throughout the marketing process with weekly meetings and regular phone calls and emails. If any extra inspections were required outside the appointed open home times, we were always given plenty of notice with the option to negotiate those extra inspection times. Marketing costs were clearly given to us beforehand, so there were no hidden surprises. And both Diane and the Auctioneer Cameron Brain always presented themselves in a very clear, precise and professional manner at all times. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane Goer in selling your home as well. A+ rating.
