As first time sellers we were nervous at the thought of the auction process but Diana reassured us that she would take care of the ‘scary bits’ and we put our trust in her expertise that this was the best way to sell our property. She was right, other than a few nerves on the day of the auction, the process was almost stress-free – we weren’t waiting for offers to come in and we knew the day that our house was going to sell (which it did!).
